Description
In 2017 the team from the White Rock Brewery started experimentation on a distinctly unique gin. Being boffins, they took inspiration from the perfumery industry and selected a vacuum distillation and fractionation process. Resulting in a lower boiling point of the alcohol, they are able to extract specific fractions of the botanicals allowing the most desirable flavours to be captured during the production process. White Rock are driven by excellence, with each part of the process empirically controlled, analysed and tested to provide a taste like no other.
