- 250ml Belvedere Vodka
- 750ml Pickle House Spiced Tomato Mix
Add all ingredients to the Belvedere Brunch Jar along with ice and any of your favourite Bloody Mary seasonings, mix well and serve with your preferred garnish - we love a pickle and a slice of lemon!
Belvedere Bramble Crush
- 35ml Belvedere Blackberry & Lemongrass Organic Infusions
- 20ml Cassis
- 10ml Lemon Juice
- 100ml Water
Add all ingredients to the cup, mix well and freeze for 6 hours, then crush and enjoy!
Lemon & Basil Soda
- 40ml Belvedere Lemon & Basil Organic Infusions
- 120ml Soda Water
Add Belvedere to your highball glass with cubed ice then fill the glass with soda, garnish with basil and a lemon wheel
Lemon & Basil 75
- 30ml Belvedere Lemon & Basil
- 15ml Honey water (1:1)
- 7.5ml Fresh lemon juice
- 45ml Champagne
- 15ml Pressed apple juice
- Lemon wheel and basil leaf for garnish
Place all ingredients except champagne to a cocktail shaker and shake over cubed ice. Strain into a chilled coupe and top with champagne. Garnish with a fresh lemon wheel and basil leaf.
Blackberry & Lemongrass Sour
- 45ml Belvedere Blackberry & Lemongrass
- 25ml Dry Vermouth
- 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 25ml Egg White
- 25ml Honey Water (1:1)
- 2 Fresh Blackberries
- Sprig Mint
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and dry shake. Add cubed ice and shake again vigorously. Fine strain into a chilled coupette. Garnish with fresh blackberries and mint sprig.
Pear & Ginger Collins
- 40ml Belvedere Pear & Ginger Honey
- 15ml Water (1:1)
- 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 90ml Soda Water
- 1 Dash Orange Bitters
- Cucumber Ribbon
- Sprig of Rosemary
Place all ingredients except soda into a cocktail shaker and shake over cubed ice. Strain into a highball over cubed ice and top with soda. Garnish with the cucumber ribbon and a sprig of fresh rosemary.
Silver Birch Colins
- 30ml Belvedere Smogóry Forest
- 30ml Lillet Rose
- Tonic water
- Soda water
- 2 dashes Orange flower water
- 3 strawberries (garnish)
- Lemon peel and mint leaves to garnish
Build all ingredients in a highball glass over cubed ice/strawberry slices and stir gently to combine. Garnish with mint and lemon peel.
Sunset Rose Martini
- 45ml Belvedere Lake Bartężek
- 7.5ml Lillet Rose
- 1 Dash Crème de Peche
- Garnish with lemon coin
Add all ingredients to mixing glass over cubed ice and stir. Fine strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a fresh lemon coin.
Belvedere Iced Latte
- 40ml Belvedere Vodka
- 15ml Milk (any)
- 20ml Cold brew coffee or Espresso
- 15ml Maple Syrup
- Pinch of sea salt
- Coffee beans
Add all ingredients to a shaker. Shake well and serve in a highball over cubed ice. Garnish with three espresso beans.
