Mezcal

Native to Mexico, Mezcal is Tequila's smoky cousin. Its produced from a variety of different Agave plants, which are oven, pit, or wood-fired cooked to give the spirit its distinctive smoky flavour with hints of spiciness. Mezcal is great to sip and adds unique flavours to cocktails such as Margarita.
