The Glenlivet COCO LIME SMASH
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml The Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve
- 37.5ml Coconut Water
- 12.5ml Simple Syrup
- 2 Lime Wedges
- 8 Min Leaves
METHOD
- Combine ingredients to shaker and shake.
- Add ice and shake again, strain into a glass.
- Garnish with a lime twist and fresh mint.
The Glenlivet MARMALADE SOUR
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml The Glenlivet 12 Year Old
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 2tsp Orange Marmalade
- 25ml Egg White/Aquafaba (Optional)
- 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
METHOD
- Combine ingredients to shaker and shake.
- Add cubed ice and shake again, strain into ice filled tumbler.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
The Glenlivet FOUNDERS CARNIVALE
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml The Glenlivet Founder’s Reserve
- 10ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 120ml Coconut Water
- 1 dash(es) Amargo Chuncho
METHOD
- Add The Glenlivet Founder’s Reserve, fresh lime and coconut water to a highball glass half full of crushed ice and stir.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice, taking care not to bring the level of the liquid up too high.
- Dash with the Amargo Chuncho bitters.
The Glenlivet WINTER VALLEY OF THE BEES
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml The Glenlivet 15 Year Old
- 7.5ml Heather Honey Syrup
- 1 dash(es) Aromatic Bitters
- Lemon
- Orange
- 20g Heather Flowers (for the Syrup)
- 300ml Heather Honey (for the Syrup)
METHOD
- Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled.
- Strain over a large ice ball into a glass
- Twist the oils of lemon and orange peel to finish.
The Glenlivet CARIBBEAN COOLER
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml The Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve
- 25ml Pineapple Juice
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Peach Sparkling Water
METHOD
- Build all ingredients over ice in a glass.
- Top with peach sparkling water.
The Glenlivet ULTIMATE OLD FASHIONED
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml The Glenlivet 18 Year Old
- 5 g Unrefined Cane Sugar
- 2 dashe Perfect Bitters Blend
METHOD
- Add the unrefined caster sugar into the glass and add a little whisky and ice.
- Stir slowly to dissolve the sugar for about half a minute, add a little more whisky and the bitters and
- continue to stir for another minute.
- Add the remaining whisky and stir, taste for balance and adjust if necessary.
- Garnish with a large orange twist expressed over the surface of the drink.
