We partner with reliable and trustworthy couriers including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL, FedEx, Parcelforce and DPD who all ensure your parcel gets to you on time and with minimal hassle. All of our services are tracked and you will receive notifications about your delivery keeping you up-to-date.

All of our couriers are highly-rated and will provide you with a notification as to when your delivery is due. Whilst we don't provide you with the option to choose the courier, you can be rest assured that our system will automatically assign the courier based on what you've ordered, when you require it and the overall weight of goods ordered. FREE DELIVERY OFFER

Free delivery is available to all UK mainland customers who spend over £99 (inc VAT). Simply select the option on checkout and we'll ship your order on our standard 3-5 working days service. For non-Mainland customers or those in the highlands, there are no free shipping options.

 

SIGNING FOR DELIVERIES

The couriers we use to deliver goods to your door, may ask you to sign for your goods and may also take a picture of the delivery which will act as "proof of delivery". Not all deliveries will require a signature, as this will be dependent on circumstances such as a request to leave in a safeplace, or collection from a pick-up location. The courier drivers are not permitted to enter your home or property.

 

Our courier partners may make a maximum of 3 delivery attempts before returning items back to us. If no one is available, our courier partner may leave a postage card detailing what they have done with your order, for example, they may state you need to collect your parcel from the local Post Office or your goods have been left in a safe place.

 

All deliveries will be made by 6 pm on the due date. Please check your tracking for further details before contacting our customer support team.

 

AGE VERIFICATION

Our carriers may follow 'Challenge 25' procedures and if they are in doubt the recipient is not of legal age to accept the delivery, then they will return the goods back to our warehouse. Do ensure you have valid identification available to accept deliveries.

 

NEXT WORKING DAY, EXPRESS AND SATURDAY & SUNDAY DELIVERIES

For UK mainland customers, we provide several express delivery options including weekends. Please ensure you place your order before 2pm Monday - Friday and select the desired shipping option. For all Next Working Day and Express orders placed after 2pm, you will receive your order on the 2nd or 3rd working day. For example, if you place your order on a Thursday after 2pm, the latest you should receive your order is the following Tuesday by 6pm.

 

For Saturday and Sunday deliveries please place your order before 2pm on Friday. If your order is placed after 2pm on Friday, we will dispatch your order the following week. You can contact our customer services team to change this to an Express delivery.

 

There are no deliveries on bank holidays and public holidays in England.

 

BULK & LARGE ORDERS

We are one of the very few drink retailers that offer a bulk delivery service. If your order is too heavy to ship by our regular courier, then we'll palletise your goods or deliver these goods by hand. Palletised orders are normally received within 3-5 working days. Palletised options will be given on checkout depending on what you've ordered. Our pallet partner will aid you to off-load the goods. However if for any reason you cannot accept a pallet, please contact our customer support team.

 

London customers may receive their deliveries via our own driver network, you will receive a call from our logistics team if this is the case.

 

Please note: If you live in a block of flats, then palletised orders will only be delivered to the front of the building, it is your responsibility to meet the driver and collect the goods. The driver will not assist you to take the goods to your front door or carrying the goods up several flights of stairs.

 

SAME-DAY DISPATCH, DELIVERY TIMES & ORDER TRACKING

For all orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday on an Express service, we will dispatch your order on an Express 24-hour service, unless there is a stock-related issue, in which case our customer support team will contact you. You should receive your order within the timeframe of the shipping option you choose.

 

During festive and celebratory periods, such as Christmas, you may face delays in receiving your order, as courier networks tend to get very busy. Therefore if your order is not received within 5 working days then please get in touch with us immediately and we'll do our best to help you.

 

An email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. Tracking details are accessible via email or by logging into your account. You can also check the status of your order here. In many cases, a signature will be required as proof of delivery. 

 

Delivery times may vary due to reasons out of our control, for example, adverse weather conditions, strikes, or even ash clouds. For more accurate timings we will send you an automated email detailing tracking information after your order has been processed. We do not dispatch items during UK public holidays and/or on Weekends (Saturday / Sunday). During public holidays you could be faced with a 1 working day delay in receiving your goods.

 

All of the above prices are inclusive of VAT and are correct as of March 2023. We may contact you if the shipping details provided are incorrect or if you have been charged the wrong amount, this could result in a delay in you receiving your order.

 

COLLECTIONS / NON-COURIER DELIVERY

In some instances, we may not use our courier partner to deliver the goods. Instead, we will send our own driver to deliver your order directly to your front door. To discuss your needs please contact our customer support team.

 

For all collections, you will require pre-authorisation from our customer support team. Upon collection you must present your order confirmation and photo ID along with official proof of the billing address on your order confirmation. This can includes a bill, council tax, bank statement, etc. Failure to produce these will result in your goods not being handed over.

 

EUROPEAN & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, CUSTOMS AND DUTY CHARGES

Currently, we are not shipping orders to any locations in or outside the European Economic Area due to Brexit-related issues. Channel Islands, Jersey, and Guernsey customers can still order, however, delivery times may be longer than usual.
