Please note, due to the Covid-19 epidemic, we have been faced with an unprecedented number of orders. Currently we are only able to offer an extended shipping service of up to 7-10 working days. This is to ensure the safety of our staff and couriers. We are working around the clock to ensure all orders are delivered, however during this period our shipping costs have changed and services have been restricted.

Where's My Order? It is possible that you may still be waiting for your order longer than the shipping time you selected when you placed it. Please be rest assured we are dispatching all orders placed. You can check the status using our order tracking. Once we ship your order, you will receive a shipment notification by email.

Signing for goods: The couriers we use will deliver goods to your door, however they will NOT ask you to sign their dockets. Currently Royal Mail, ParcelForce, FedEx, DPD and Palletways drivers are not permitted to enter your home or property.

Limited Range: During this period we have limited the range of products we offer. We are continuously reviewing this and will reactivate our full range in due course.

* Due to the nature of goods we supply, any package large or small must require a signature upon receiving the goods.

* Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the parcel. All shipping rates vary based on the weight of products ordered. When checking out, the final shipping price will be given. You can use the shipping estimator tool on the checkout page for an accurate quote. Special shipping services will incur surcharges. All shipping charges are in GBP and inclusive of VAT. Unfortunately, we cannot discount any shipping charges.

Next Working Day, Morning (AM), Saturday & Sunday Deliveries

For UK mainland customers, we provide a number of express delivery options including weekends. Please place your order before 2pm Monday - Friday and select the required shipping option. For all Next Working Day orders placed after 2pm, we will dispatch the following working day.

For Saturday and Sunday deliveries please place your order before 2pm on Friday. If your order is placed after 2pm on Friday, we will dispatch your order the following Friday. You can contact our customer services team to change this to a Next Working Day delivery.

Palletised Orders

We are one of the very few drink retailers who offer a palletised service. If your order is too heavy to ship by our regular courier, then we'll palletise your goods. Palletised orders are normally received within 5-7 working days. Palletised options will be given on checkout depending on what you've ordered. Our pallet partner will aid you to off-load the goods. However if for any reason you cannot accept a pallet, please contact our customer services team.

Same-day Dispatch, Delivery Times & Order Tracking

For all orders placed before 4 pm Monday-Friday on a Next Working Day service, we will dispatch your order on an Express 24 service, unless there is a stock related issue, in which case our customer services team will contact you. You should receive your order within the timeframe of the shipping option you choose.

During festive and celebratory periods, such as Christmas, you may face delays in receiving your order, as courier networks tend to operate beyond their capacity. Therefore if your order is not received within 5 working days then please get in touch with us immediately.

An email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. Tracking details are accessible via the email or by logging into your account. In many cases, a signature is required as proof of delivery. If no-one is available to sign for parcels, our courier partner will leave a postage card detailing what they have done with your order, for example, they may state you need to collect your parcel from the local Post Office. All goods delivered by will require someone to sign for the goods.

Delivery times may vary due to reasons out of our control, for example, adverse weather conditions, strikes or even ash clouds. For more accurate timings we will send you an automated email detailing tracking information after your order has been processed. We do not dispatch items during UK public holidays and/or on Weekends (Saturday / Sunday). During public holidays you could be faced with a 1 working day delay in receiving your goods.

All of the above prices are inclusive of VAT and are correct as of March 2020. We may contact you if the shipping details provided are incorrect or if you have been charged the wrong amount, this could result in a delay to you receiving your order.

Collections / Non-courier Delivery

In some instances, we may not use our courier partner to deliver the goods. Instead, we will send our own driver to deliver your order directly to your front door. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to support a collections service. To discuss your needs please contact our customer services team

European & International Shipping, Customs and Duty Charges

Currently, we are not shipping orders to any locations outside the European Economic Area. You can order upto 6 bottles per order for delivery within the EEA. You will be responsible for any customs import charges and taxes.
