Rhubarb & Aperol Spritz
30ml Slingsby Rhubarb Gin 20ml Aperol 25ml fresh lemon juice 10ml sugar syrup Prosecco top Handful of fresh raspberries 1 Basil leaf
Method: Shake all the ingredients aside from the prosecco. Double strain into a large wine glass with cubed ice and top with prosecco. Garnish with fresh raspberries and a basil sprig.
Marmalade Spritz
25ml Slingsby Marmalade Gin 25ml apricot liqueur/brandy 15ml lime juice 15ml sugar syrup Soda or Prosecco top
Method: Build all ingredients in a largewine glass with cubed ice and mix well.Garnish with mint and an orange slice.
