Rhubarb & Aperol Spritz
30ml Slingsby Rhubarb Gin 20ml Aperol 25ml fresh lemon juice 10ml sugar syrup Prosecco top Handful of fresh raspberries 1 Basil leaf
Method: Shake all the ingredients aside from the prosecco. Double strain into a large wine glass with cubed ice and top with prosecco. Garnish with fresh raspberries and a basil sprig.
