Yeni Raki

Produced since 1937, Yeni Raki is made from the finest Anatolian grapes and aniseed.

A Turkish legend, Raki has been made and enjoyed in Turkey and surrounding countries for over 500 years, with the first references appearing in literature in 1510. Widely distilled throughout the Ottoman Empire, Yeni Raki got its name in 1937, and translates to "New Raki", symbolising the coming of the new post-war era.

Traditionally served with mezze dishes and surrounded by friends and loved ones, Raki is a centrepiece of any table, bringing people together.

Enjoy Raki with a touch of water, transforming this clear liqueur into a milky colour and texture, which has led to it being knows as Lion's Milk.
