Description
Enjoy a Kumquat Martini:
Pour 45ml of FAIR. Juniper Gin, 20ml of FAIR. Kumquat Liqueur, 20ml of freshly squeezed lime juice, 10ml of sugar syrup and an egg white into a shaker
Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain back into the same shaker to remove ice
Shake again without ice and then strain into chilled glass
