Description
Ambhar Summer Julep
- 1/2oz Ambhar Anejo Tequila
- 1/2 Plum, Sliced
- 1/4oz Agave Nectar
- Splash Lemon Juice
- Splash Tenneyson Royale Absinth
- Garnish with mint sprig and powdered sugar
In a shaker, muddle plum, agave and a splash of lemon juice then add Ambhar and top with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a highball with crushed ice and top with absinthe. Garnish with mint sprig and sprinkle powedered sugar.
