Dale DeGroff Pimento Bitters is created from a handcrafted bunch of Pimento berries which is a complex and layered spice with a hint of anise and other herbs. It is made purely from French botanicals. Use to spice up the flavour in cocktails like Pina Colada, Mai Tai , Champagne, etc. No commercial flavourings or artificial dyes are used in Pimento Bitters. The taste is a bitter barky palate with a hot black pepper, cinnamon and clove spice also with more subtle nutmeg and ginger. The appearance is clear, chestnut brown with dark golden edges. It has a strong aroma of pungent clove, liquorice and anise with cinnamon.
