In 1922, Cazadores was born in Jalisco, Mexico.
Don José Maria wandered amongst beautiful blue agave and knew he wanted to produce a tequila that did these beautiful plants justice. At night he went and cut the leaves with the traditional coa, before steaming, fermenting and distilling the precious harvest. Filling his dark stills, he allowed time, perseverance and classical music to do its work.
