First introduced in 1987, Bombay Sapphire Gin is an English produced London Dry Gin.

Bombay Sapphire is made through a vapour infusion process. 10 specially selected botanical elements are harvested form around the globe and placed in special perforated copper baskets, kept separate from the spirit. When the heated vapours rise, the distinctive flavour of the botanicals are released. The result? A complex aromatic liquid that delivers a broader, more balanced flavour.

The Bombay Sapphire range has since released a variety of gin, including an Original Dry Gin and the beautiful Star of Bombay.

Bombay Citron Pressé &
Cloudy Lemonade

Ingredients

50ml Bombay Citron Pressé
100ml Cloudy Lemonade
1 LEMON WEDGE
1 Mint sprig

Method

Build ice in highball glass.
Pour 50 ml Bombay Citron Pressé.
Top with 100ml cloudy lemonade.
Stir & garnish with fresh lemon wedge.
Finish with a fresh mint sprig.

Clover Club Cocktail

Ingredients

50 ml Bombay Bramble
25 ml Fresh lemon juice
20 ml sugar syrup
1/2 egg white

Garnish

Raspberries
Blackberries

Method

Put some cubed ice into your cocktail shaker.
Pour Bombay Bramble, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg
white into the shaker.
Shake hard & strain into a chilled coupette or martini glass.

Premier Cru French 75

Ingredients

35 ml Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru Murcian Lemon
75 ml Brut Champagne
15 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 ½ tsp white sugar

Garnish

1 Lemon peel twist

Method

Add fresh lemon and sugar to a shaker and stir to dissolve.
Add Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru and fill with cubed ice.
Shake well and then strain into your champagne flute.
Top with chilled Brut Champagne.
Stir slowly and garnish with a lemon peel twist.


Bombay Sapphire & Tonic

Ingredients

50 ml Bombay Sapphire
100 ml Premium tonic water
Lime Wedge

Method

Fill your balloon glass to rim with large cubed ice.
Pour over 50ml of Bombay Sapphire.
Squeeze gresh lime into drink and drop into glass.
Top with premium tonic water.
Stir and enjoy.
