Mozart Gold was first produced in 1979 using an inimitable process. The cocoa and vanilla are macerated in pure sugar cane alcohol, and are then blended with dark chocolate, sugar, cocoa and cream in an exact order with a particular blending technique that are the creamy flavours of Mozart Gold liqueur.
