Mozart Black Pure 87 is the intensely daring Austrian dark chocolate liqueur created using 87% pure cocoa mass giving a rich smoky flavour of bitter-sweet cocoa married with authentic Bourbon vanilla and caramel notes. Mozart Black liqueur is a chocolate liqueur containing vanilla and cocoa macerate with sugar cane distillate that is left for 30 days. Part of the cocoa macerate is left in oak barrels for two years giving the rich, dark and intensely chocolaty flavours of the Mozart Black Pure 87 liqueur.
