Established 25 years ago and formed from twelve to eighteen different single malt whiskies, Old St Andrews whiskey is stored in oaks casks to mature that were previously used for sweet wine, sherry or port. This gives the whiskey and delicious richness and roundness. Whilst maturing it creates a unique character, submerging in the casks to achieve a rich golden appearance, much like amber.
