40ml Monkey 47 Distiller's Cut 2021
20ml fresh lemon juice
20ml fresh pink grapefruit juice
15ml runny honey (equal parts water with honey fully dissolved)
Dash of Orange Bitters
Shake all the ingredients over ice and strain into a coupette. Garnish with a dried grapefruit peel.
