Cune Rosado is an aromatic rose wine, the nose revealing floral aromas along with peach, apricot and background notes of strawberry and citrus. Balanced palate, rounded with lightly acidic aftertaste and a long, fruit driven finish.
The C.V.N.E. Company, or to give it its full name, Compañía Vinicola del Norte de España (The Northern Spanish Wine Company) was established on the 24th of March 1879 in Haro, Rioja. Set up by two brothers, Eusebio and Raimundo, their aim was to capitalise on the flourishing new trade in wine. 140 years later C.V.N.E. is still controlled by the descendants of the founders. Cune is where it all began. The first wines were produced in 1879. Later a typographic error occurred with the letter ‘V’, creating the brand ‘Cune’ which has remained ever since. Perfect with fish, seafood salads and loved ones.
