Cockburn’s Fine Ruby port is a blend of full bodied young wines from various years, matured for approximately two years in seasoned oak vats in order to conserve its fresh fruit flavours. With rich, full bodied flavours of raspberry, brambly fruit and spices, Cockburn’s fine ruby, retains the red colour and fruit flavours of a young wine. It is bottled right after filtration making it ready to drink straight away after bottling which offers a rich, fruity and sweet taste, the perfect everyday port. Cockburn’s Fine Ruby can be enjoyed on its own but it complements after dinner deserts of chocolate or cheese.
