Description
The winemaker hand chose the yeast and used a cool fermentation process to preserve the fruit aromas. A secondary cool storage fermentation process called Charmat Method was used to produce the carbonation, while still preserving the fresh floral and fruit aromas. The winemaker used just the right amount of care and handling which resulted in a delicious sparkling wine.
