- Lamb & Watt Hibiscus Tonic Water
- 1 Dash of Plumb Bitters
- Clapped Mint
- Bruised Blacberries
Add gin to a balloon glass half-filled with ice. Top with Lamb & Watt Hibiscus Tonic Water. Stir well and garnish with clapped mint and blackberries.
