With over 140 years experience we know what it takes to grow the finest blackcurrants and raspberries. They are blended here on our farm so that we capture the full intensity of their juices and flavours. It's what makes White Heron fruit liqueurs so distinctive.
Crafted with blackcurrants grown in the fields of our Herefordshire farm, this naturall fruit liqueur is rich and full bodied. Freshly picked British blackcurrants are allow to ferment naturally with champagne yeast, blended with vodka to fortify and a little sugar to bring out the intensely fruity flavours.
