The Cabernet Sauvignon from the gravelly and loamy soil of Perdriel in Luján de Cuyo (980 m / 3,215 ft) reveals black fruit notes, such as blackcurrant, as well as beautiful freshness. The rocky terroir of Paraje Altamira in the Uco Valley (1,100 m / 3,608 ft) gives fire-roasted red pepper notes and hints of mint, with great structure, concentration and seductive persistence. Ideal to pair with roasted or grilled red meat,strong flavored cheeses and spices like black pepper.
