Description
Born in 1920 on Murano, one of the many islands of the Venetian lagoon, Select Aperitivo is characterized by a sophisticated aromatic profile and well-balanced bittersweet taste. It is 30 botanicals including rhubarb roots and juniper berries give Select its rich, complex taste. It is the original Venetian spritz and according to Venetian tradition, the recipe was garnished with a large green olive to create the perfect blend of balance and flavour. It is still served this way today.
