Matusalem Solera 7 Year Rum 70cl

Matusalem Solera 7 yo is a gold rum with a rich amber cast. Aged in Matusalems Solera system, it's true to its Cuban rum heritage, it exhibits rich aromatics with a whiff of sweet molasses and caramel. A bouquet of creamy aromas of vanilla enhances the flavours. It enters the palate very softly, with a lush finish, Sweetness is key, as bourbon-like wood notes highlight the flavours.

Although founded in Cuba in 1872, Matusalem were forced to flee to the Dominican Republic following the Cuban Revolution in 1959.
