The year is considered a classic for Cristal, with the summer heat aiding the Pinot Noir grapes to juicy ripeness and rich chalky soils refining the Chardonnay grapes led to the creation of a well-structured wine with supreme freshness and precision. A deep and intense bouquet with precise notes of acacia flowers, ripe peach and mirabelle plums, and roasted lemon citrus.
