Made in small batches using a blend of the finest quality rye, Knob Creek is aged for an unknown time ( The distillers will not tell a soul) to create their superb rye whiskey.With a light amber body, touched with golden hues, Knob Creek greets the senses with a extensive notes of herbs and rye with subtle oak. On the palate there are rich spiced notes of rye with a subtle running theme of oak and vanilla, which ends with a warmth on the palate with the spices lingering for a while.
