The crown jewel of the Jose Cuervo family range. Created from the juiciest agave plants in their crop with only the heart of the plant being used. This is why there is not a lot of Jose Cuerco Reserva de la Familia Platino Blanco on the market, because even the ripest agave plants don’t produce a lot of juice for tequila making. It can only be made in very small batches and needs to be under constant care to ensure its premium nature.
