Jensen's Bermondsey Gin is one of a small batch of London Gins still produced in the capital. Its style is meant to reflect the classic gins enjoyed in the heyday of the gin cocktail. Jensen's achieve this authenticity by not using any botanicals that would not have been found in the 18th Century. This means Jensen's does not include cucumber, rose, grains of paradise or any of the other ‘contemporary’ botanicals.
