Hoxton gin is produced at one of the worlds leading micro distillers and made by mixologist and entrepreneur Gerry Calabrese. It is made using only the finest alcohol derived from French summer wheat. Hoxton gin is made from naturally and ethically sourced ingredients including coconut, grapefruit, iris, tarragon, ginger and the all important Juniper berry. The botanicals are macerated for 5 days and before a single distillation in 150 year old copper pot still to obtain the perfect concentration to then be blended with the grain spirit. After the distillations process the spirit is reduced to 43% ABV and is then filtered and rested in steel tanks for two months.
