The recipe for Hayman's consists of ten natural botanicals that are hand-picked from around the world to achieve a fresh, crisp and elegant flavour. Prior to the distillation process, the botanicals are steeped in the pot still for 24 hours. After steeping, the gin begins its distillation process. All the botanicals are added to the still to be gently heated at a low temperature. This allows each botanical to release its flavour at a different stage of the process. The result is a premium London Dry Gin of consistently exceptional quality.
