Description
Disgorged in 1998 to allow for extra bottle maturation, the Oenotheque is a 50/50 blend of Pinot and Chardonnay fruits, with the acidity levels being slightly leaner compared to other DP 1996 wines. The result is rich honey and dry fig, with plenty of tropical fruit and biscuit finishing with hazelnut.
