Diplomatico Ambassador is made from 100% pot still heavy rums, these rums have been aged for at least 12 years in ex bourbon casks and then for another 2 years in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks that gives it a delightful sweet note. This utterly brilliant rum contains no sweeteners, caramel or other additives, and its high strength means the rum does not require chill filtration.
