25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
15ml Yellow Chartreuse
8-10 Mint Leaves
Top Soda
Dash Angostura Bitters
Method: Shake all ingredients (except soda) and fine strain into a high ball glass filled with ice.
Add the Angostura to finish.
