Description
Try Tequila Tonic:
50ml Cazcabel Honey Tequila
30ml Apple Juice
1/2 inch of Fresh Ginger
1/2 Egg White
Pour the Tequila and juice into a shaker. Add the ginger and crush with a muddler. Add the egg white and dry shake. Add ice and shake hard. Fine strain in short glass over ice. Garnish with a chunk of ginger and top with grated cinnamon.
