Description

Cardenal Mendoza Brandy was originally made in 1887 in Spain exclusively for the Romate family and their friends however demand was so high that they increased production. This Brandy is aged for 15 years and still made using the same family recipe. A wonderfully unique Spanish brandy, this is aged in the same solera style as sherries and in ex sherry casks.
