


TOBERMORY 12 YEARS OLD
Tobermory 12 year old is a the signature expression of the Hebridean home. Made with non-peated barley and gently aged in ex-bourbon casks, it has smooth notes of vibrant fruit and spice.

TOBERMORY GIN
Inspired by the expressive nature of Mull, we add a splash of spirit from the Tobermory whisky stills to create a unique character. Distilled on the island with a rich palate of hand-selected botanicals including juniper, tea, heather, elderflower, sweet orange peel, and just a little bit of knowledge from our 220 years of history.

LEDAIG 10 YEARS OLD
This extraordinary and distinguished hand-crafted single malt is the distillery's signature smoky expression. This 10 year old balances the intensity of youth with rounded, well-aged spirit.

LEDAIG 18 YEARS OLD
This 18 Year Old Ledaig represents the rebirth of the style of malt whisky that would have originally been produced at the distillery. Inspired by the traditional style of single malts Scotch whisky that would have been originally distilled on the island of Mull , started distilling Ledaig for the first time since the distillery re-opened after it’s final quiet period in 1990.
The result is a wonderfully smoky island single malt Scotch whisky which balances sweet and floral aromas with the richness and warmth of sea salt and smoke.

TOBERMORY GIN
Classic Gin & Tonic
METHOD:
For our signature serve, fill a balloon gin glass with copious amounts of ice and a good measure of Tobermory Hebridean Gin.
GARNISH
Sprig of Thyme, Fresh Blood Red Orange Slice, Pinch of Dried Hibiscus Flowers, Chilled Quality Tonic Water

TOBERMORY GIN
Foragers Fruit
INGREDIENTS
50ml Tobermory Gin
10ml Sugar Syrup/Gomme
10ml Fresh Pink Grapefruit Juice
1 Whole Passion Fruit
Elderflower Pressé
Grenadine Syrup
METHOD:
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, except the elderflower pressé. Pour over crushed ice in a sling glass and top with elderflower pressé. Churn and add more ice.
GARNISH
Pink Grapefruit Slice and a Passion Fruit Cup

TOBERMORY GIN
Citrus Coast
INGREDIENTS
100ml Tobermory Gin
200ml Cold Black Tea
40ml Fresh Lemon Juice
16 Fresh Mint Leaves
50ml Sugar Syrup/Gomme
METHOD:
Add all ingredients to a teapot and churn. Fill a turkish tea glass with a lemon wheel, mint sprigs, and ice before pouring from the teapot.
GARNISH
Lemon Wheel and Mint Sprigs

TOBERMORY GIN
Coconut Mountain
INGREDIENTS
50ml Tobermory Gin
50ml Pineapple Juice
25ml Coconut Water
10ml Sugar Syrup/Gomme
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
METHOD:
Vigorously shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and strain the mix into a coupe glass.

Purple Edible Flowers and a Physalis
