LYCHEE & CRANBERRY FIZZ
Ingredients:
- 15ml Kwai Feh
- 15ml De Kuyper Cranberry
- 25ml Premium Gin
- 25ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- A Dash of Eggwhite
- Top up with Soda
- Garnish a lychee cut in half & a couple of red berries
Method:
Shake all the ingredients in the shaker with cubed ice. Strain in a glass filled with cubes. Charge with Soda.

LYCHEE & BERRY COLLINS
Ingredients:
- 15ml Kwai Feh
- 15ml De Kuyper Blackberry
- 25ml Premium Gin
- 25ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- Top up with Soda
- Garnish Rose Petal
Method:
Shake all the ingredients in the shaker with cubed ice. Strain in a glass filled with ice cubes, top up with soda.

ROSE PETAL MARTINI
Ingredients:
- 20ml Kwai Feh
- 40ml Premium Gin
- 25ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 10ml Rose Syrup
- A Dash of Eggwhite
- A Dash of Lychee Juice
- Garnish Rose Petal
Method:
Chill the glass, shake all the ingredients in the shaker with cubed ice. Strain in a chilled glass.

LYCHEE DAIQUIRI
Ingredients:
- 20ml Kwai Feh
- 40ml Premium Rum
- 25ml Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
- 5ml Sugar Syrup
- A Dash of Lychee Juice
- Garnish Lime Wedge
Method:
Chill the glass, shake all the ingredients in the shaker with cubed ice. Strain in a chilled glass.
