ENDLESS SUMMER
Ingredients:
- 1 shot Excellia™ tequila
- 1 shot Cointreau or triple sec
- 1½ shots cranberry juice
- ½ shot freshly squeezed lime juice
Method:
Shake the ingredients with ice. Double-strain into a frozen martini-cocktail glass / coupe with a half-salt rim on the outside only, garnish Orange zest sprayed and rimmed.

VAMPIRO
Ingredients:
- 2 shots Excellia™ Reposado tequila
- 1 shot tomato juice
- ½ shot orange juice
- ½ shot freshly squeezed lime juice
- ½ shot pomegranate syrup
- 2 healthy dashes Tabasco sauce
- One grind of black pepper
- One grind of sea salt
Method:
Stir the ingredients with ice. Strain into an ice-filled longdrink glass and garnish with a chilli.

EL DIABLO
Ingredients:
- 1¼ shots Excellia™ tequila
- ¾ shot crème de cassis liqueur
- Fill with ginger ale
Method:
Pour the ingredients into an ice-filled longdrink glass, stir briefly to mix, garnish with a lime wedge, squeeze and drop in.

EL GONQUIN
Ingredients:
- 50 ml Excellia™ Tequila
- 20 ml Lillet Blanc
- 35 ml Pineapple puree or pressed pineapple juice
- 5 ml agave syrup
Method:
Shake the ingredients with ice, double-strain into a goblet, garnish freshly ground pepper.
