Made from Californian grown grapes, E&J use French Colombard, Grenache and Barbera varieties, each adding it's unique taste and character to every bottle of brandy. Once blended, the brandies are ages in seasoned oak barrels, all in a temperature controlled environment, and tasted during the ageing process to assess the quality and maturity of every batch, before being bottled.
