Brancott Estate Wines

Brancott Estate pioneered Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc by planting the first commercial grapes in the region over thirty years ago.

Brancott Estate is named in honour of Brancott Vineyard, where the brand planted the first commercial Sauvignon Blanc vines in Marlborough – creating a unique and internationally-acclaimed wine style. At a time when popular opinion suggested the region was too cold to produce quality wines, their winemakers’ belief in the potential of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc led to an award-winning first vintage.

The steadfast quality philosophy at the heart and soul of Brancott Estate's winemaking has ensured that their wines have continued to receive esteemed recognition ever since this first vintage – allowing thems to drive growth and prestige into the premium New Zealand wine category in the UK.
