Antica Sambuca is an Italian anise-flavoured liqueur produced by the Dal Toso family; Francesco, Nicola and Patrizia work tirelessly to carry on the high standards of distillation started by Francesco’s father, Sante, in the 1920s.

Attention to detail is of paramount importance in the small batch production and this is epitomised by the skilled in-house distillation of the premium star anise that goes into every bottle – something few producers are able to do due to its complexity and the skill required.
