Bollinger Special Cuvee Brut NV Champagne is the flag ship product for the Bollinger house. It is a blend of 3 different grapes types, 60% of the blend is made from Pinot Noir, 25% is made from Chardonnay and the other 15% is made from Meunier.

Bollinger Special Cuvee is both distinctive and unique, with the special cuvee offering a simple and rare pleasure. Your first encounter with this will leave you dazed as this champagne shows the power and elegance of the Pinot Noir grape. It has excellent distribution of the palate with the perfect weight only accentuated by the elegance of the entire blend.

Depending on the vintage, 100% of Grande Crus and part of the premium Crus is barrel fermented. Bollinger is blended in small tanks to conduct and perform fermentation. Special Cuvee is a blend of wines coming from the most recent harvest and wines from the previous harvest including reserve wines held in magnums to age.
