The Lake District is known for its hills and heavy rainfall. Deep within the Cartmel Fell is a wonderful deep layer of peat which is formed from the remains of a prehistoric forest of white willow trees. This wonderful enriched layer adds the character and the remaining minerals from the deep, dense layers of the Fells. By taking the beautiful spring water and combining it with effervescence tiny bubbles, Willow have produced a wonderful sparkling water to be enjoyed chilled.
