White Wines are produced through a fermentation process using the juice of green, gold or yellow coloured grapes. They are more refreshing, lighter in both style and taste than the majority of their red wine counterparts, making them ideal for spring and summer occasions.

There is a certain lightness and intensity of flavour with this varietal, which stems from its subjection in oak barrels; for 12 months, the wines are a product of the elements and mature their colouring.

They are best presented in narrower glasses, as the sharper taper at the top of the glass allows for better aroma concentration of more delicate white wines.
