Vintage Champagne

A vintage Champagne must be at least 39 months old i.e. 3 years after their harvest in September. They are a blend of wines from a particular year where the harvest was said to be sufficient for a vintage.

Only made in the best years as they reflect the individual year; a very warm year will show more fruit character.
