Sambuca is flavoured with essential oils and other flowers. It is an example of a shooter and commonly bottled at 42% ABV. It is produced by the infusion of licorice, sweetened with sugar and enhanced with a secret combination of herbs and spices.

An Old Italian favourite; white Sambuca is the preferred taste being lighter and having an increased licorice taste compared to black Sambuca.

Also available are a wide array of flavoured sambucas, featuring additional flavours such as vanilla, chilli and raspberry.
