Rum is one of the most versatile spirits you can enjoy. From white rum to extra old, we stock hundreds of different styles from all over the world.

Rum is usually fermented and distilled from molasses (a by-product of sugar-cane) or directly from sugarcane juices. Popular manufacturing countries include Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago, and for such nations, Rum forms a big part of their culture as people drink it in cocktails as well as a "secret" ingredient for cooking. Think Pina Colada's and Jerk Chicken...simply delicious.

White Rum retains transparency because they are bottled straight after distillation whereas dark rums get their colour and flavour from an ageing process. General rule of thumb for Rum...the darker it is the more older and mature it is.

Rum can be enjoyed either straight, with ice, in a cocktail, with your favourite mixer or in your food. Whichever way you enjoy, please enjoy responsibly.
