This bottle contains our best efforts from the cultivation of the vine, the wine and its ageing. The Malbec train comes from our own vineyards located 1476 feet above sea level with an average age of 30 years.
The carefully controlled alcoholic fermentation process gives rise to a balanced wine. Twenty four months in barrels of American and French oak with a medium roasted beginning, finishing eight months bottled to a temperature and with adequate moisture.
Service: We recommend between 65°F and 68°F temperature. Pairing: Red meat, hard cheeses, pastas, intermediate and soft flavour dishes.
