Rosé - Follows the same principles as Brut, however it's colour is derived from either the addition of a small amount of Pinot Noir red wine e.g. Moet & Chandon's Rosé or by leaving the clear juice of black grapes to macerate on its skins for a brief time.

Premier Cru / Grand Cru - are Champagnes that are produced from the best vineyards for example Krug Grand cuvee.

Prestige Cuveé - is a producer's finest blended wine. These are luxurious top of range champagnes and of course their price reflects this. Examples include Louis Roederer's Cristal and Dom Perignon.
