Naked Chase Apple Vodka 70cl

It was in 2008 when William Chase built his distillery with an idea to create the world best gin. However to create the worlds best gin you need the world best vodka to do it. So they created a fantastic vodka that ended up being voted the worlds best vodka at the San Francisco World Spirit Championship 2010. This was fantastic but they found that the potato vodka was to complex in flavour and overpowered the flavour of the delicate botanicals. This meant they had to go back to the drawing board.

Coming to the conclusion that using potatoes to make the vodka meant that they had to add flavours, instead they decided to use their organic fresh apples from their orchard. Apples do not turn straight into gin, so the first step was to turn the apples into cider. Once this was complete they could then turn the cider into Vodka. The Vodka was a pure clean spirit, so fine and delicate that they released it to the public as Naked Chase.
